Bloxham Mill Business Centre

Set in attractive countryside just a few miles from the M40 and Banbury railway station, and served by ample free parking, Bloxham Mill offers three modern, purpose-built meeting rooms accommodating from 2 to 50 delegates. It includes the newly-opened Georgia room, suitable for 12 – 21 delegates, which caters specifically for clients requiring a room for just a couple of hours, rather than a full day. Meeting rooms are equipped with broadband connection and additional on-site IT expertise is available as required. Facilities also include a Social Court for break-outs and refreshments, with a choice of hot and cold breakfast and lunch dishes.

City Challenge

This corporate training organisation weaves Oxford’s heritage and traditions into an innovative and inspiring programme of team development days. Working against the clock, participants use their intellectual and negotiating skills to maximum effect, tackling challenges designed to build morale, empower individuals and improve communication skills. Activities draw on the academic, literary and theatrical history of the city itself as participants take on such quests as retracing the footsteps of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland or finding the hostelries made famous by Inspector Morse, before enjoying lunch in the college dining rooms. Trained City Challenge facilitators are on hand to review progress, provide feedback between team members and make recommendations that can be translated into real changes back in the workplace.
